The MET Fashion Photo Show is proud to present "Wicked" featuring Roberta Thompson

Good afternoon again ladies and gentlemen and thank you for joining me in another edition of the MET Fashion Photo Show blog. My blog focuses on real New Yorker’s wearing real New York fashions. In addition to interviewing New Yorker’s wearing the hottest fashions, I am going to also interview clothing & jewelry designers, and fashion models as well. In today’s second edition of the MET Fashion Photo Show blog I am going to focus on Roberta Thompson of "Wicked Threads".

At this time I would like to introduce you to Roberta Thompson of "Wicked Threads".

ME: Good afternoon Roberta and thank you for allowing me to interview you for the latest edition of the Fashion Photo Show blog.
ROBERTA: Thank you for having me.

ME: Sounds good, lets get started. Please tell the audience a little bit about "Wicked Threads" and how Wicked got started.
ROBERTA: I consider my shirts; Dark Art. Shirts include; "Sinners n Saints", "Prey", "Weapon of Mass Destruction", my first one; "& Deadly Sins"

ME: Can you tell the audience what or who got you started?
ROBERTA: I was going to school for Psychology. I graduated from New York University (NYU) with a degree in Psychology. I went from e-commerce to "Wicked Threads". I never looked back. I believe that my psychology background has some influence on Wicked Threads but it also comes from my art.

ME: If someone is interested in learning more about Wicked, how can they learn more?
ROBERTA: People should visit my website; www.thewickedstore.com for more information about my product line. There are a lot of celebrities and entertainers who like my line. (When I visited Roberta's website I was able to see the likes of Jesse Martin, David Allen Grier and Steve Bartolone to name a few.)

ME: Please use 3 words that would best describe your product line
1) Live
2) For
3) Now

ME: What makes your products unique?
ROBERTA: My designs are not done for commercialism, they are done when I am inspired. I do whatever motivates me. I do whatever inspires me at the time and I am not concerned about public opinions.

ME: What is the expected availability date of your product(s)? Is there a website that our audience can visit to see more of your product line?
ROBERTA: My products are available now for purchase. If you visit my website (www.thewickedstore.com) you can view a gallery that features my collections. You will also see photos of celebrities and entertainers who are supporting my product line. My line is carried in "Gothic Renaissance" and it must be ordered online.

ME: You’re participating in today’s show. What does it mean to you?
ROBERTA: Participating in fashion shows is fun. I love what I do even though it's hard work. The models and makeup artists are more than just my colleagues and friends, they are my family. They work just as hard to make sure that we provide the audience with our very best.

ME: Is there anything else that you want the audience to know about your product line?
ROBERTA: Not really, just buy it. My products are pretty cool.

ME: This is the part of the blog where I ask my guest in their opinion what are the must have items for the season. What are the 3 must have items for the spring season.
ROBERTA: The must have items for the new season are:
1) Nice tank tops
2) Ripped jeans that are comfortable
3) A cool pair of open toe sandals

ME: Thank you for participating in today's blog Roberta.
ROBERTA: Thank you for having me.
